News / March 2013: The Shop

Yay! My very own shop is finally online! From now on you can buy some of the pretty vintage dresses I use in my photos. Besides the carefully selected vintage clothing you can also order low budget- and fine art prints. The shop makes everything on my website instantly available for sale, yay! There's a pretty catlady waiting to show you all the dresses in the shop, go have a look!

News / January 2013: Slimtarra

Extrapool invited me to take part in their Slimtarra project by designing a wallpaper. All of the Slimtarra wallpaper is printed using stencil printers which can print up to a3 sized paper. This means the design is repeated again and again all over the walls, creating a nice pattern. Here's my design! You can buy it on the Extrapool website.

Look what arrived at my doorstep! It's the superawesome Blink Magazine! As you know, my photos are featured in this magazine, as well as an interview and a lot of other amazing (fashion) photographers. I was so happy to finally see it for myself, it really is a high quality magazine and I hope it'll be available in European bookshops soon! But for now, you can buy it online (here!), it's really worth the price!

I've been featured in Blink Magazine! Although I haven't seen the article yet, it's so awesome I had to tell everyone! The magazine features such great artists and I'm so honoured to be a part of this issue. When the magazine arrives I will post all of the pages on my website, just wait for it! News / October 2012: OMG so many new things online!

So many new things on my website! Like a really awesome new photoshoot called Camenae, featuring my best friend with pink hair. And a new story (in Dutch..I'm sorry!) about my trip to Madrid last year. It's called Pannenkoekenjamdip and if you can't read Dutch, you should totally learn it right now because you don't know what you're missing!

News / August 2012: Proeftuin

I almost forgot! Last May I showed my series 'Op Hertensport' in a beautiful garden in a small village in the south of the Netherlands. It was part of an exhibition called 'Proeftuin' hosted by the Buenen sisters. The photos blended really well with the plants, but look! There they are, planted on their little sticks, being all pretty in nature.

I've finished my storybook called De Dolfijnoloog! I've made many of these little books, all by hand, all one of a kind, all for sale (here!) The stories are written in Dutch.

News / March 2012: I'm a make-up artist!

A half year after graduating from artschool, I also finished my education to become a make-up artist. I'm looking for commercial assignments but mostly I'll use my new knowlegde for my own work. I'm currently working on a new project which combines my love for photography, make-up, fashion and theatre. The photos are inspired by portraits of women from around 1600 to the 1960's.

News / March 2012: Exhibition at Studio Groen + Schild.

The entire month of march my photoseries 'Op Hertensport' can be seen at studio Groen + Schild in Deventer, the Netherlands. The series is part of the exhibition 'Elementary Experiences'.
